Magnesium - Mg++

      Human cells have some level of magnesium in them, an adult would need 300 to 400 mg of magnesium is important for the regulation of muscle contractions,never signal transmission, maintain compliance of Blood vessels thus reducing the risk of heart attack, activates energy producing enzymes and it is also important in maintaining bone structure. Magnesium deficiency can cause nervousness,lack of con-centralization, dizziness, and headaches or migraines. Like most water, Aquaria Water has 1.2 to 1.8 mg of magnesium per liter of water.

Potassium - K+

      If one gets 2 to 4 milligram of potassium per day, it is considered sufficient. Children and teenagers should take particular care in potassium intake, as potassium aids in cell growth during the growing age. The electrical potential and pressure of water between cells is regulated by potassium, thus ensuring that each cell gets enough food. Potassium plays a special role in muscle contraction and the formation and conduction of impulses of the heart. Potassium deficiency can weaken skeletal muscle and make smooth muscle tried. Typically Aquaria Water contains 0.40 to 0.52 mg of Potassium per liter of water.

Calcium - Ca++

      An adult human will need about 800 milligrams of calcium per day but teenagers need more calcium. Calcium is required for stabilizing bone structure, teeth, and cell membranes; ensuring never and muscle impulses are properly transmitted; and helping to prevent blood clotting. Calcium also plays an important role in skin allergies. Osteoporosis (brittle bones) and fractures become more common if your body is not getting enough calcium. Aquaria Water contains 2.1 to 2.6 mg of Calcium per liter of water.

Sodium - Na+

      Depending on how much one exerts, sodium requirements would be higher. A typical person would require about 3 grams of sodium per day. but excessive physical stress can raise it up to fifteen grams or more. The cardiac (Heart's) metabolism is affected by sodium, and can cause rhythm charges in the heart pumping. But now a days, we rarely have to worry about sodium deficiency. Salt is an integral part of many foods. Sodium in Aquaria Water is about 0.5 to 0.9 mg per liter of water.
